'Why is it so difficult to find peace? I've tried searching for it in quiet places. I've traveled to distant towns. I've spent afternoons at churches, evenings by the sea - in solitude. And I still haven't found it.'

'Why is it so easy to dwell in chaos? I've tried to stay away from even the faintest noise. I've taken a step out of the dog-eat-dog world called "city". I've turned and looked away from all the angst, the hatred, the negativity. And yet, here I am - stuck in my own jaded madness.'

'It's because you made the easy choice. And you already have it.'

'No. I've chosen peace but I still can't find it.'

'You didn't choose peace. If you did, you wouldn't be telling me about those ugly thoughts about your world. There would be no imperfections in your eyes. You would find contentment.'

'But that's against human nature, right? So why bother choosing peace?'
