I want to love you.

I want to see your face the moment I open my eyes,
Lock your fingers with mine as we walk,
Bury my face in your hair when I blush,
Hear your laughter after a long day at work,
And press my lips on the happy tears at the corner of your eye.

But I am afraid.

Afraid that one day, you'll lose that glow in your smile,
The magic in your touch,
The untamed flow of your tresses,
Or the sincerity of your emotions...

All because I wanted to love you...

And loved you too much.

I want to love you. But I know that I shouldn't.
